We design Travo Insurance so more people—including customers who use assistive technology—can get travel insurance information and support.

Our commitment

Travo® Insurance Agency is committed to making our website easier to use for people with disabilities, including those who rely on screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation. We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA where reasonably achievable, as part of our broader effort to serve all travelers.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add pages and features, we work to preserve clear structure (headings and landmarks), visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for meaningful images, and labels that work well with assistive technologies.

What we have implemented

  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page for keyboard and screen reader users.
  • Landmarks and labels so main content, navigation, and footer regions are easier to find.
  • Keyboard support for opening and closing the mobile navigation menu, including focus that stays within the menu while it is open.
  • Visible focus indicators for links, buttons, and form controls.
  • Current page indication in navigation where the route matches a real page on this site.
